As pretty as it is, I use my Hummer for what it's for. Hunting and wheeling. Well, after my last fourwheelin adventure which took us to the top of Mount Ballyshoop outside of Redding CA. Roughly 4000 feet in elevation, the trails narrowed to a mere 5 to 6' wide and continued to scrape at the sides of my H2. Some of the scratches buffed out, many however would not. Well, I'm tired of messing with it and have been contemplating a new idea... I'm sure everyone is aware of Rhino Lining or Line-X etc. A tough product found in truck beds that for the most part creates an indestructible coating. I've met with Rhino Lining about having the entire exterior of my Hummer sprayed leaving no visible paint except inside and underneath. Literally bulletproofing the exterior. If I go with black, there should be little to no fading for many years to come. The rough texture will make it hard to wash, but overall, indestructible. A very spendy challenge as all exterior parts still need to attach watertight creating one major cut-in and attention to detail project. On the flip side, if I ever do hit anything hard enough to chip it, it's going to do alot more damage than just that. Any thoughts?
